Jerry Chop

Jerry, Managing Director of NEWCAPSTONE GROUP, has been representing Legacy FA Pte Ltd since 2016.

Over the past few years, Jerry has developed a system that has helped 19 out of 35 team members achieve the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status in as little as four months—including 2 who reached Top of the Table (TOT) and 4 who attained Court of the Table (COT).

Jerry began his journey in the financial advisory industry in 2008 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing. With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services sector, he has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams and foster a robust group culture. His career has been defined by a deep commitment to excellence and a passion for mentoring—having successfully trained numerous agents to achieve MDRT, COT, and TOT recognition.

In addition to his team’s achievements, Jerry has also reached remarkable personal milestones. He has secured 1st place in the Top Director Group for five consecutive years (2020–2025) and has consistently qualified for MDRT and Court of the Table.

Currently, Jerry leads a team of 33 full-time Financial Adviser (FA) Representatives, collectively generating an impressive $5.5 million in Gross Revenue or $7 million in Annual Premium Equivalent (APE).
